Shipping policy

We want to get you your order as soon as possible so we ship worldwide using Canada Post, USPS and DHL, see below for rates.

Once an item leaves us shipping time frames are out of our control but we do everything we can to get your order into your hands as soon as possible. If you have any shipping concerns or requests, please contact us at sales@originalhuman.co

Items ordered generally ship within 2 business days, but your skin care is made in small batches so if an item is back ordered it might take a little longer to ship. If this happens, we’ll let you know by email. Once your skin care has shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

International orders may incur customs or import duties. Please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. Unfortunately, customs delays are out of our hands so your order may take a littler longer than expected when crossing borders.
